What Do You Want to See?
In the 18 months that this site has been live, my content has consisted of:
- news
- scouting information
- analysis
- data
- the occasional off-topic post about Japan, technology or hockey
It’s a new year and a great time to get a sense of what NPB Tracker readers are looking for, so feel free to let me know what you like best about the site.

The news and scouting information has been very informative and a highlight of your site!

I really like to read scouting reports on young players… I’ve been following the japanese league for a year and I appreciate the data on the pitchers you did! Another thing I like is top ten like column (baseball america style)… Say, the best curveball list (Sugiuchi… etc…) .

I’d like to read the differences you’ve recognized between MLB and MPB, Baseball and Yakyu(野çƒï¼‰ from your perspective. The differences in baseball and Yakyu culture. Anything not limited to games and players but the difference in players’ and fans’s mindsets toward baseball. Baseball and Yakyuu cultures. Just an idea…

I know this is a baseball (Yakyu) page and all, but I actually enjoyed the hockey discussion a few months back as it brings a little more variety to the board and breaks the normal flow of things which is always a good thing plus it brings a lot of us closer together as we can share interests that we have outside of Yakyu.
And on a side note Patrick, it’s 2 hours before the Sharks/Hawks game tonight (today in Japan) so may the best team come out on top as it should be a game of the year canidate IMHO 🙂

You have good coverage. Mainly, I personally would like there to be more player analysis pieces.

Increased coverage on Industrial Leagues, or atleast a little more information on them.

You can find coverage on the Industrial Leagues over @ Marinerds (link on the right hand side). I know that Deanna knows quite a bit about those leagues so I would suggest asking her if you have any questions.
